- Camp Huntington
Camp Huntington is a co-ed, residential, seven-week program for children and young adults with a variety of special needs. Their program is designed to maximize a child's potential and develop their strengths and hidden abilities. They are the only summer camp that offers Adaptive Therapeutic Recreation. Your child will enjoy the fun-filled days of summer camp while learning practical life skills.
- Camp Black Hawk
Camp Black Hawk is a coed summer camp for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Three or four campers of similar age and interests are paired with one terrific camp counselor.
- Camp Carpe Diem
Camp Carpe Diem is a coed camp for children and adults with developmental disabilities who need high support. One counselor works with one or two campers for the week. New activities are offered each hour and led by an activity specialist.
- Camp Greentop
The League at Camp Greentop is a traditional summer camp for youth and adults with disabilities in Thurmont, Maryland. Campers enjoy swimming, horseback riding, arts & crafts, sports and other social activities. League Pioneers is our primitive camp that is a 1/2 mile from Camp Greentop.
- Camp Lee Mar
Special programs and teaching methods are incorporated into the Camp Lee Mar experience that emphasize academics, speech and language therapy, and vocational preparation. Individual development is monitored and campers receive guidance on appropriate social behavior, team cooperation, and the ability to assume simple and varied responsibilities.
- Camp Tova and Camp Bari Tov
Children with learning and developmental disabilities thrive in Camp Tova's small group setting. Making friends and developing a wide variety of creative, social, and physical skills are the goals for Tova campers. The 92nd Street Y's Camp Bari Tov is a summer recreational program for children with developmental disabilities who require one to one supervision.
- Friendship Ventures
Friendship Ventures offers summer resident camp programs for anyone age 5 and older who has developmental and (or) physical disability. Camp Friendship and Eden Wood Center offer a variety of activities and activities are adapted to the age and ability of each individual.
- One Step At A Time
The One Step At A Time camps offer safe, "normal" fun to kids regardless of their need for medical treatment, subject to the treating doctor's consent. The status of the child's therapy does not influence eligibility for camp or participation in camp activities. Children may be undergoing therapy, completely off therapy or be ineligible for further therapy. Health professionals are continuously on site to provide blood counts, chemotherapy or any other medical assistance that might be required.
